E-Clip about syngo.via MI VB60 Cardiology Basic Reading, including the following topics: Layout selection, MI Cardiology reading, cardiac masking, and Cardiac FAST Ranges.
To help in the assessment of the visual reading, the MI Cardiology Viewing Panel provides several multiple layouts for different patient data types and monitor configurations. Two types of standard cardiac processing layouts are provided. Cardiac, AC, layout and cardiac NACS layout. If you have a dual monitor setup, both layouts are combined and called as cardiac layout with AC on primary monitor and an AC on secondary monitor. Layouts can be also changed via the layout gallery. Click the layout gallery icon. Or choose a predefined private layout from the list. The Mi Cardiology reading window displays the images by default in cardiac orientation in all the orthogonal views. If adjustment is needed, you can ally post processing features. If the calculated orientation does not meet your needs, you can adjust the views by moving the reference lines in the respective images to adjust the orientation. Alternatively, select the segment and click the cardiac planes icon from favorite tools. The image planes are shifted and rotated to match the three standard cardiac planes synchronized in all segments. In addition, each plane is zoomed into the heart. The cardiac mask tool is activated by default. The tool is used to mask the heart and exclude background regions that can have an impact on statistical calculations in an examination. The ellipsoid mask is displayed in edit mode and the cardiac mask Mini toolbar is available for each series. You can move the mask by left clicking on the mask and dragging it around. Alternatively, simply click the localized icon on the cardiac mask mini toolbar to edit the ellipsoid mask. Left click on the ellipsoid and drag as desired. To adjust the boundary. Click the mask icon to remove the area outside the ellipsoid. The data will be masked across all segments. To reset the changes to the initial state, click the reset icon. To disable masking orientation and parallel range creation from the groove to reconstruction datasets and to unlink the data, click the ungroup icon. To manually zoom and pan the images, click zoom and pan. This deactivates the mask tool. To quickly window the PET or SPECT data, a window normalization tool is provided. Click the area contrast icon in favorite tools. Click and drag the mouse pointer to outline a region to be normalized. The data normalizes the selected region of interest to reset the changes to the initial state. Click reset windowing. With cardiac, fast range is a series of short access images based on the configured settings for SPECT 3D, four D gated and pet dynamic datasets can be generated to configure their ranges which will be created for the loaded datasets. Right click on the cardiac fast ranges icon from favorite tools and choose the properties menu. The cardiac automatic ranges properties dialog box opens. Click your desired parameters. Alternatively, you can give the ranges a new name. Click OK to save your changes and close the automatic parallel ranges properties dialog box from favorite tools. Click the cardiac fast ranges icon. The Dems icon indicates the ranges creation process to cancel the ranges creation process, press the escape key. The ranges are created on the basis of your current configuration and displayed automatically in the series panel. Besides the default MI cardiology tools, you can also read the loaded images with medical post processing applications like Cedars, cardiac suite, singo, MBF or corridor four DM. A single via open apps is a platform that allows the hosting of these additional applications on your single via system. In addition, these applications can also be downloaded from the digital marketplace. To launch any cardiology analysis application, click the open as icon in the tool gallery. The Open apps section is displayed in the viewing panel and an additional application panel shows all installed applications. Depending on your purchase licenses. If you have purchased all different applications icons for Cedars, singo, MBF or corridor four DM are visible. From the data selection list, select the scope of data to be loaded into the application to launch any application, click for example on the corridor four DM icon. The application is started and shows the application layout with all its tools ready for further evaluation. Snapshots taken in any application are sent as secondary capture images to the series panel. To toggle between all applications and to launch multiple applications at one time, simply click on the corresponding icon. All installed cardiac analysis applications can also be opened from the patient browser after download and installation, right click on the selected study in the patient browser and choose view as read only from the context menu, select the appropriate workflow and the application opens in its own patient tab with no single via elements visible. For example, series navigator and findings tab. If you require specific information about your app, such as operator manuals or video tutorials, click the getting started link on the upper right side of the image area.
