E-Clip about syngo.via MAMMOVISTA B.smart Link Views, including the following topics: Prerequisite for correlation, Nipple Marker position, 2D to 2D correlation, 2D to 3D correlation, and 3D to 2D correlation.

The option memo Vista be smart. Link views allows you to match regions of interest in corresponding views to indicate their locations. You can correlate 2D, current and prior MG images as well as link regions from 2D images to Toma views and the other way around. The correlation of different images of the same breast helps find the same anatomical position across images faster, especially when looking for lesions to utilize image correlation. There are two license. Protected tools available in the Tools tab. Link views. Nipple marker. To correlate 2 DMG views a suitable layout displaying the appropriate views needs to be chosen. For an efficient current versus prior correlation, you can use the current prior layout. Navigate to the Tools tab and select the link views tool. Each segment shows squares. These represent the nipple marker. The Linkid algorithm calculates the marker position during the preprocessing. Normally the nipple marker is automatically set at the correct nipple location during reprocessing. In some cases, the system cannot automatically detect the nipple position before using linked views and check that all nipple markers in all images are located at the nipple. To correct the position of the nipple marker, click nipple marker tool button in the tool panel or press Alt Plus a. Drag and drop the nipple marker to the correct position. Go back to the linked views tool to target the lesion you want to correlate in the corresponding views. Clicking the lesion sets the marker. The click marker always appears as a crosshair, which indicates the first click on an image. A dashed line corridor highlights the corresponding area of the mark lesion. This function can be applied to each correlation mode. In order to correlate 2 DMG views with tomosynthesis data, set a suitable layout displaying the appropriate views needs to be chosen. The correlation is done in the same way as the case of 2D to 2D. Choose the link views tool and click on the lesion in the craniocaudal view, then click on the corridor marked in the mediolateral view to add the two dimensional information. As soon as the second click marker is set, the correlated lesion will be marked displaying. A dashed line circle in the Tomo data set when you scroll through the Tomo slices, the circle will appear in the surrounding plus and minus five slices. To correlate lesions based on atomo data set, scroll through the tomoe slices until you reach the slice which displays the lesion best. Choose the link views tool. And click on the lesion. The algorithm can retrieve the missing dimensional information from the slice number out of the data set. Therefore the correlated marker will be displayed in the corresponding 2D mammography views restriction. Correlations between 2D mediolateral oblique and mediolateral views are not possible mag spot and, for example, CRCUS or Mr Images cannot be correlated.
