Notes: The lot log can be used to help you meet regulatory requirements. The Lot Log stores all of your reagent, consumable, and supply lots by module. To learn how to use this, please refer to the Job Aid shown on this slide. Notes: QC required is a feature that lets you define a timeframe for when QC is required. If you to have run QC every 24 hours. It will hold patient samples if the time period has elapsed since the last QC was run. For how to set this up please refer to the PEPconnect content shown on this slide. QC Required Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course This feature lets you define a timeframe for when QC is required. Example: If you to have run QC every 24 hours, it will hold patient samples if the time period has elapsed since the last QC was run. For more information on this topic please refer to the Atellica® Solution QC Required Job Aid available on PEPconnect. Lot Log Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course To help meet regulatory requirements, the system now stores all of your reagent, consumable, and supply lot information by module. To learn the new procedure please refer to the Atellica® Solution Full System Shut Down and Startup Online Training available on PEPconnect. Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course CH Diagnostics New Messages The system verifies the lamp was changed properly. A Saturation Failure is generated if the lamp is too strong, and a Gain Configuration Failure is generated if the lamp is too weak. The corrective action is different for each failure mode. Refer to OLH for more information. The user will now be prevented from Exiting Operator Diagnostics while Autocheck is running. Additional Information about CH Diagnostics Vertical Auto Alignment - When replacing cuvette segments there is an automatic vertical alignment for the mixer. This optimizes precision. IMT Sensor - Sensor hydration process has been improved when putting in a new sensor. Benefit: Less QC troubleshooting. Note: Select the X at the top of the page to return back to the course Whole Blood Processing Sample Timeout Settings The system flags whole blood samples when they reach the end of the timeout period. You can now configure the timeout period. The configuration is found on the Sample Workflow screen. Values between 10-15 minutes can be added 1-minute increments. The default is 15 minutes. Using TTSC Now TTSC (Tube Top Sample Cup) can be consistently used for whole blood samples without container errors; such as for A1C.
